We kicked off Trout in 2022 to create the next generation of cybersecurity solutions. Cyber is among the biggest challenge of our society today, and our vision is to secure the crucial elements of our economies and societies. We will be happy when we are protecting submarines, spaceships and other systems vertically between these.

Our founding team got our first sales rolling with customers in defense, manufacturing, and finance sectors. Now, we're on the lookout for someone who can help take Trout to new heights. With new challenges rapidly arising (we're looking to 3x our team and revenue this year), you're assured of growth and progress.

We are backed by top venture firms - Point Nine, Haystack, OVNI - and operate out of three offices: Paris, Dublin, New York. The Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead will operate from Paris, leading our delivery in Europe.

About the Role


You will own a big part of our revenue generation to hit our 2024 goals and moving forward. You will report to our CEO and work closely with our Marketing Lead to take on a leading role in our Sales Team at a rapidly growing startup over the next 12-18 months.

Your success will be measured along the following dimensions;

Most of your time will be spent hunting and closing new business, but you also will be responsible for helping us improve our sales processes.
